The fastest way to lose a good man is to believe he’s the only one responsible for keeping the relationship alive. Reciprocity isn’t optional. It’s the whole game.
“In the nine years I’ve lived in Ghana, I’ve never seen a Ghanaian smoking in public. If we can avoid littering the same way we avoid smoking, we can significantly reduce the flooding problems we face.”
— An Indonesian woman living in Ghana has urged Ghanaians to adopt the same level of discipline toward littering as they have toward smoking in public, arguing that such a change in attitude could help curb the country’s recurring flooding.

BREAKING NEWS‼️
Great scandal at the bank of Ghana as 3.18 billion Dollars has been looted……
Afia Pokua Vim Lady calls on Ghana Youth to Arise and demand for Accountability because the leaders of Ghana are taking us for granted
I have come across a video circulating on social media alleging that I, together with some Members of Parliament of the New Patriotic Party in the Ashanti Region, met with District Directors of the Electricity Company of Ghana and offered them money to deliberately keep the lights off in their respective districts.
I wish to state, unequivocally, that this allegation is entirely false, malicious, and without any basis in fact.
Beyond the obvious falsehood, I find this claim deeply troubling because of the dangerous implications it carries for the hardworking engineers and officials of ECG, unfairly exposing them to public anger, intimidation, and possible harm arising from a narrative built on deliberate misinformation.
I have therefore instructed my lawyers to commence the necessary legal processes against the radio and television station involved, as well as the presenter responsible for making these claims, to compel them to substantiate these allegations with credible evidence or face the full consequences of the law.
At a time when Ghanaians are confronted with serious challenges in the power sector, the focus of government and its communicators should be on providing lasting solutions to the crisis and not manufacturing falsehoods, spreading smear narratives, and politicising matters that directly affect the lives of our people.
The Ghanaian people deserve honesty, accountability, and leadership that is committed to solving problems rather than creating distractions.
List of excuses government has given for the current Dumsor:
1. Fault at Ghana Gas
2. Your Area Transformer
3. Fire at GRIDCO
4. Damaged Transformer
5. Faulty Transformer
6. Fault in GRIDCO’s Network
7. Planned Maintenance
8. Fault in ECG Network
9. Underground Cable Fault
10. Technical Challenge
11. Upstream Challenge
12. Emergency Maintenance
13. Burnt HT Pole
14. Cable Fault
16. Fallen Conductor
17. Cable Joint Failure
18. Feeder Fault
19. Burnt HV Cable
20. Heavy Rainstorm
21. NPP saboteurs at Gridco/ECG/VRA
Las las las….
21. Pythons in Ahodwo
So anytime your power goes off, don’t bother, it is definitely one of these 🙏🏾

.. watching this Akufo-Addo video from December 2024 feels like one of the sermons on Jeremiah’s cautious prophecies. The old man really knew what was coming if Ghanaians made a mistake to return Mahama to the presidency.
We’re seeing all he cautioned against play out like a Bollywood movie.
@NAkufoAddo, Mahama has actually failed to keep the lights on and has failed on his 24Hour economy promise:
I woke up with this video on my mind cos it’s one of my favorite videos of Akufo-Addo,the man who really understood the tenets of democracy.
Young girl 🗣️ : “How do you keep calm when people criticize your actions?”
Akufo Addo 🗣️ : “I have always wanted a system where people are free to criticize whoever. It will look strange if I started getting agitated about people criticizing me,I’m not God. It is their right to do so and it’s my right to ignore them as well”
This is the President they labeled as a tyrant even though everyone could say whatever they want to him. @JDMahama you can take a cue from the former President, don’t get emotional.
@imAhafoGod @Gen_Buhari_ Masa the NDC did more than this when in opposition, let's put politics aside
NDC did the same
I still remember I could see funny pictures from TV3 about the then setting party buy no one was arrested
So why arrest someone this time around
These NDC Fo0l did naked artwork of Nana Addo during his time as the President, infact they even did same to Samira Bawumia but no one was arrested under NPP, now you guys are arresting people for criticizing you for running away from the LGBTQ 🏳️🌈 agenda through images??
Then, you’ll have to arrest all the youth activists in this country because we shall continue to lament and criticize till the right thing is done.
