@currys has the worst customer service by far. Nobody seems to want to help, and they keep passing you from team to team. Impossible to file a complaint too.
to be told that the previous timeline given to me is no longer applicable and I cannot be given a new timeframe. Surely a bank as large as yours can manage backlogs and communicate better? It shouldn't take almost 1.5 months and counting to hear back from a business manager..
@BarclaysUKHelp@Barclays - I have submitted a business banking application to yourselves at the start of March. After chasing multiple times, was told a business manager would be in touch by end of March. No luck. Had to chase again
It has taken your team over 6 weeks (and counting) to resolve this and process my compensation but despite receiving multiple 'assurances' nothing has been done. Appalling train service which costs way more than it should without even a fraction of the service to match it.
After around 35 hours of your best investigators looking into my request for my first parcel, your outcome was that my second parcel (which is beside me) has been delivered to me. Additionally, I cant even respond to the mailbox this was sent from. What a shitshow.
@YodelOnline your customer service is absolutely shit. I've had two yodel deliveries due for delivery in the last two days. The first parcel was not delivered to me yesterday (and I do not recognise the door in the image taken). The second parcel (today) was delivered to me.
I have therefore raised an investigation (which again took 3 attempts due to reasons I cannot be bothered explaining) for the first parcel (which seems to have been delivered to the wrong house).a
