@merseyrail I have spoken with a lovely member of your team who has logged this complaint with the correct team. This man is a danger to lone females and should not be working with the public ! I am as angry and upset as I was last night and will not let this matter go .
@merseyrail confronted on train 21.32 Liverpool Central - Southport by security officer who totally intimidated my young daughter as her ticket had fallen from her pocket . 3 witnesses to vouch for his complete intimidation . Laughed at us after ticket was found no apology.

@BootsUK highly dissatisfied with Boots Aintree . Bought moisturisers when on offer -opened second one today only to find completely different product. Was told by Lindsey manager today as I had no proof of purchase they could not exchange #greatservice#not!
