Don't ever buy gift cards at shoppers drug mart unless they are behind the counter. My card was tampered with and funds emptied and shoppers spent a month investigating only to tell me a 2nd time they closed my case and couldn't help.

@ShopprsDrugMart @HomeDepotCanada @cbcgopublic The case was closed told to talk to home depot again which got me nowhere so this was a total waste of time and there is no resolution as clearly home depot is saying shoppers needs to fix and issue a new card and shoppers is blaming home depot. All over $50.

Shoppers drug mart at Markville mall sold a gift card for home depot that had been tampered with and when I went to redeem it, the card showed a 0 balance, called home depot, shoppers head office and the store at Markville

Why are cards not behind cash, why this is such a common occurrence that shoppers does not care to prevent? Have spent hours trying to recover $50. Please do not buy gift cards at shoppers as they take no accountability once a card is activated.

@onsinkin @MattamyWatch @CPBH01 @RakocevicT @krasheedmpp We had a holdback of final payment on the builder of 32k. Tarion valued our 30 day claim at significantly higher and paid us the difference...the builders still suing us for his 32k payment

@MattamyWatch @CPBH01 We had a holdback of final payment, tarion claim payout on 30 day list have exceeded that number and the lawsuit continues. Review of dreamhome turned nightmare got us threats of defamation. It's a sad system.

@ReformTarion @AFernandes78 @CPBH01 @g_viec @fordnation @frankpressus @krasheedmpp Our issues all went to tarion claim, that's when we posted reviews, builder refused to make settlements that covered our costs to fix so it's going to court and he's upset with our reviews. Don't get why they don't just come fix the home it's all we want a home to code.

I thought code was a guideline not a suggestion. It's heartbreaking to spend so much on permits and a build to be fighting in court to get what we paid for.
