Looking at hundreds of soldiers at #PrincePhilipfuneral I can’t help thinking of the many people who had to bury loved ones via zoom. Why the double standard? If they are a family why not a private family funeral and a larger public memorial later when safe?

@Baddiel I sat next to your mum 25+ years ago at a mutual friend’s Shabbat lunch in Cambridge. I had to admit that (then) I hadn’t heard of you. She was very unimpressed.

@marianyoung1 @TheRodCooper Yes I was told to look out for this after chemo. There are treatments for it. Main thing is to be careful to avoid infection. (Hope you feel better soon)

Lord Sumption is wrong. The argument is not a philosophical choice between saving the child or the OAP from drowning. It’s an economic decision to avoid or meet the cost of building a railing around the pond. #LordSumption
