🔷 @TesseraTx displayed curative results in humanized mouse models using its Gene Writers and proprietary lipid nanoparticles to restore normal hemoglobin production in hematopoietic stem cells in the bone marrow without chemotherapy or mobilization for the treatment of #sicklecelldisease.
🔷 @alltrna demonstrated robust ability to readthrough premature stop codons in mouse models, promising preclinical results that suggest their engineered tRNAs could offer a versatile approach to rescue protein production in rare and ulta-rare diseases caused by nonsense mutations, known as stop codon disease.
🔷 @OmegaTX showed preclinical data highlighting their ability to program epigenetic controllers to upregulate gene expression for a variety of genes types and cell conditions, providing effects that last weeks to months after a single dose.
