@MarkMaxwellTV@klmissouri@ksdknews Well cori had to miss so much because she needed her nails done and bell because he had to get twistes in his hair..
Ryan Krull St Louis magazine did you ever do a story on how the board of alderman got two pay raises? One being 100% more? They aren't over $100,000 a year their assistance over 65,000 a year. Did you ever write a report on the board of eight balls trying to use Ram's money to fix a water system after they already had a water rate increase? Have you ever written an article of why it cost $750 million dollars to fix this water system without any engineering review or designs? Because it's not true we know you hate the police that's the way things are but you're not a journalist. Your propaganda is getting old
Police Board can’t grab Rams funds, city’s reserves, judge rules #Police #Infrastructure #MetropolitanPoliceDepartment

I am a consumer and a homeowner.
I have agency.
I made a decision based on information provided to me by an insurance agent - who is incentivized through commission to sell me the most expensive product.
There are those who chose to insure their home for the value rather than the replacement cost.
The difference in cost is significant. A 2500 square foot brick house is worth $30,000 in Fountain Park, but costs $500,000 to replace.
It’s understandable - especially for the folks who are trapped in their homes for financial reasons (they would flee St. Louis if they could purchase a home in the County with the proceeds from the sale of the St. Louis home).
I still don’t know why this is the fault of the State or the Federal Government.
This reporting is interesting, but it misses the most important question:
Why are homes in Fountain Park, The Ville, Kingsway East less far less than replacement cost?
The answer to that question is obvious: the City of St. Louis has failed in the provision of its primary purpose which to provide public safety.
Every other problem which plagues St. Louis is directly downstream from that truth.
