Her name is Hind Rajab. She was a five-year-old Palestinian girl remembered by family members as smart, courageous, and full of life.

This little girl deserved a future where she could grow up, play, and go to school safely. Instead, her story has become a tragic symbol of the devastating toll genocide takes on innocent children.

Thus, if the Chief Justices say those in hiding, detained and suspended, or abroad CANNOT ACTIVELY participate or are NOT QUALIFIED…

THEN there are only 20 active and qualified Senators now.

THEREFORE, 2/3 of 20 is 13 to convict.
