@Selkis_2028 Oof. Embarrassing take. Tariffs are effectively a tax, but we all know the right will walk over hot coals before they accept an increased directly imposed tax. It’s a zero sum game, either pay more for goods via tariffs or pay more in taxes to decrease the deficit.
