@mario4thenorth Good. Canadians have had five years of discount prices to pull the trigger and they didn't. Hopefully this kick starts the much needed recovery. 67%of Canadians will welcome this news.
@BenRabidoux We need racketeering laws in Canada just like the US so this way organized crime heads can't hire young dumb kids because if they get caught the real people in charge won't get touched by the police
@ronmortgageguy CRA and the Banks cannot be that close. Too dangerous. The banks need to spot the fraud themselves by investing in the right areas to protect themselves and not rely on the government. This will be very dangerous
@ronmortgageguy I think it's dangerous for the CRA and Banks to talk to each other directly .This is government being too involved in private business. The banks don't need to be given more protection, they already have a massive upper hand in this country. Let them take Ls
@BlairAndBarker thoughts on removing the three batter minimum for relief pitchers in the postseason? I get why the #mlb wants it in the regular season (pace of play). However eyeballs are glued to the TV in the playoffs and I'm sure TV partners would like this change
@danielfoch Explain why the narrative is always affordable housing? If over 60% of the population are currently RE holders, why would we want house prices to go down? I think secretly everyone wants another bull run but no one wants to admit it.
On the console it only shows an old Hotmail email address to send a verification code. I don't even know what that email is. How to I updated my verification methods on the madden 25 game
@ronmortgageguy income verification link is a bad idea. It ties private lending to a guv agency which puts too much control in the hands of the guv. Banks know the risks and are so neutered to make any type of risky play they only go by income. Why not give loans based on $ flow or bniss case.
