@ridebikestoday @D00RZ0NE @Amtrak I'm only seeing info for bike boxes as checked luggage or bikes as a carry-on service on trains with bike racks, neither of which are available for riders arriving or departing from the Red Wing station.

Seeking advice re: getting my bike on and off the @Amtrak at unstaffed stations - today I disassembled my bike to fit in the carry-on area but it was a pain for such a short trip (45 minutes of 🛠️ for 45 minutes of 🚂)

What's possible for roll-on service?

@ghostatno1 Sure thing, in this case I used a wheel bag and a Trash Messenger Bags Space Junk with the liner removed. I barely disassembled the frame (took off the fork and stem/handlebars) and it was weird lumpy mess but it fit fine.
