@FirstPortsmouth Hi, I've sent a complaint in, the issues are too complex to explain in a tweet. Essentially, buses not turning up and when they do arrive being so full (because previous ones haven't turned up) that you can't get on. I'm cross that I pay so much for the service.

@FirstPortsmouth really unhappy with your service at the moment - you aren't doing much to encourage people out of their cars and on to public transport. Between buses & trains, I think most people are giving up with public transport. #shambles #noshow

@FirstPortsmouth why has the 7:37 7 bus from Civic Offices been cancelled most of last week and again today? As you are removing the 7A from the end of term. This is the bus my daughter needs to catch to be on time. Don't remove the 7A if you can't provide the alternative.

@FirstPortsmouth No, we waited until 08:20 (19 mins after it was due). I ended up driving my daughter in which made me late for work. I understand there are issues sometimes but there was no communication or update on the app to tell us.

@FirstPortsmouth I don't understand why the 7A service to Oaklands School is so often late. It's the only service that runs direct to the school and it's so unreliable. I pay a lot for my daughters pass. Bus today due 08:01, it's now 08:15 and still no sign of it....

@lewizrs Seville has been one of my favourite trips. Such a beautiful city, gorgeous weather and packed full of culture & history. We've done flamenco lessons, cooking classes, setas, the cathedral and lots of other stuff.

@BraaiKing_Bad In this situation right now too as my school is closing this summer...after 17 years in the classroom, I'm looking at roles outside of the classroom and even outside of education. Time for a new challenge!
