@flipkartsupport In Dm support mentioned that I will get it by 11AM, Now 11 AM passed what's new excuse and the kind of attitude you guys have, you will loose customer only.

@PaisaPrinciple@jassneetsingha@ICICIBank@ICICIBank_Care I was in same situation and as per icici they escalated to iShop and then my voucher got delivered π€£ when I asked who is responsible for no communication then they said iShop will do internal check I mean seriously.
@ICICIBank@ICICIBank_Care Paid for an iShop voucher on Sat afternoon, got it Mon evening. Zero response from the iShop team during the delay, and now @ICICIBank_Care sends a generic email closing the loop. Absolutely no courtesy to accept a service failure. Pathetic experience! @ICICIBank
Hey @ICICIBank, what's wrong with the iShop portal? Bought Flipkart vouchers using EPM at 2:30 PM today & still waiting. This is a recurring issue. Last time, support replied after 8 days! Absolutely unacceptable service for an Emeralde Private cardholder. Utter nonsense. π‘
