I like to go to the gym when I feel tense, anxious, or depressed. Fitting the music to the mood helps me too. But I always feel better after, even if I dread going initially. I feel like if you’re not liking training switch to something outdoors,Running, biking, walking.

A lot of people are almost 30, some heading towards 35, and genuinely have nothing to their name. No property, no kids, no successful business, no useful connections, nobody to call when things go wrong. They work but after food and basic survival, there’s barely anything left to save. And when you don’t have rich parents or anyone to fall back on, building a life from nothing is a completely different kind of struggle.
Sometimes you meet someone and almost immediately know there’s a place for them in your life. Maybe they become your partner, your best friend, your family, your creative companion, or simply the person who makes the journey easier. You just click. There’s no forcing it. You find each other in the strangest circumstances and somehow end up helping each other build a life. I don’t know whether that’s fate, coincidence, or incredible luck, but experiences like that make me believe there has to be something more to it.
Sex isn't love. Dates aren't love. Constant communication isn't love. Laying up isn't love. Love is someone who stays when you're hard to deal with, not just when you're easy to love. It's someone who steps in when you're overwhelmed, supports you when you're breaking down, and reminds you of who you are when you forget. Love is actions, consistency, and care. It's someone who genuinely wants you okay mentally, emotionally, spiritually even on days you don't want yourself
My favourite quote of all time was a statement Van Gogh made to his brother in a letter, that
' If I am worth anything later, I am worth something now. For wheat is wheat, even if people think it's grass in the beginning '. Our worth is inherent and unchangeable, whether people see it or not. So keep doing you. Your people will get you.
There will be an illiterate generation with zero attention span in the next 10 years. People will become more informed about everything but lack any depth of knowledge they won’t even have surface-level knowledge. With zero attention spans, it becomes very hard to explain things. Thanks to social media. The next pandemic is Brainrot.
Why does a river spend its entire life flowing towards the ocean that already has more water than it could ever need while the desert dying of thirst gets nothing? Doesn't that sound backward? Shouldn't water go to where it's needed the most? But nature doesn't work that way and neither does money, opportunity, energy or love, it all flows towards what's already full and runs away from what's empty. Because scarcity doesn't attract it repels. A desert, can't pull water because there's simply nothing there to hold it. And that's exactly how abundance in your life works too. Opportunities don't flow to the person who's desperate for them. They flow to the person who already has some. And that's the idea behind having an abundance mindset. It's not about pretending like you already have everything. It's about operating. Like there's always more where that came from. A scarcity mindset keeps you thirsty. Like the desert, while an abundance mindset makes you deep like the ocean, so if you're wondering why, nothing's coming your way, the answer isn't to want it harder, it's to build the capacity first, become full in some way and watch how magically things start moving towards you.
AVOIDANTS AREN'T AFRAID OF LOVE. THEY'RE TERRIFIED OF NEEDING YOU
The instant they realize you genuinely matter - that your mood can shift theirs, that your absence would carve a wound - something primal activates.
It begins to feel like a threat to their autonomy. And when autonomy feels threatened, their reflex is to withdraw.
Not because they don't care. Because caring means depending. And depending has never been safe. 1/6
When a man is gentle with you, not just in his touch, but in his tone, his presence, his energy something in you begins to shift. You breathe a little easier. Your body doesn't brace for disappointment. Your heart doesn't flinch at every word. Because for the first time in a long time, you feel safe.
That's what emotional safety does. It quiets the anxiety. It softens the walls you built to survive. It teaches your nervous system that it no longer has to be in fight or flight. You're not walking on eggshells. You're not constantly questioning where you stand or if you're asking for too much.
You're just loved, consistently and calmly.
That's why some women start glowing when they're loved right. It's not just the relationship. It's the healing. It's the peace. It's the reassurance that love doesn't have to hurt, doesn't have to be chaotic, doesn't have to break you down to build you up again.
It's him showing up without you begging. It's the softness in his voice when he says your name. It's his ability to make you feel held be motionally, spiritually, mentally not just physically. It's knowing that you're not a burden, that your feelings are safe with him, that your past doesn't scare him, and your vulnerability isn't a weapon to be used against you.
That's the kind of love that makes a woman radiant. That makes her blossom. That makes her soul rest. Not because she's being loved with fireworks, but because she's finally being loved without fear.
I think friendship is one of the greatest love stories we'll ever have. Someone who has nothing to owe you chooses you anyway. They become part of your life just because they want to be. I don't think we talk enough about how special that is. To be loved by people who are not family. Who didn't fall in love with you. Who just met you, got to know you, and decided, "I want you to be a part of my life." I think that is one of the purest forms of love there is.
