Americans be like: "9/11, the most shocking day in world history, when we knew we werent safe at home"
The rest of the world on a daily basis for the past century under Isreal and american t*rrorism:
VD Satheeshan praises Modi on live camera, and says he is not anti hindutwa.
But brain dead congress workers and Medias want Pinarayi Vijayan to utter the exact words they wish to hear when he speaks, or else he is pro bjp!? Even an ED raid on PV is channeled into this narrative.
Strongly condemn the Enforcement Directorate raids directed against former Kerala Chief Minister Com. @pinarayivijayan.
Such actions once again raise serious concerns over the growing pattern of central agencies being weaponised against Opposition leaders.
Incidentally, this also exposes the hollowness of the reckless allegations made by some Congress leaders who repeatedly questioned why Pinarayi Vijayan had “not yet been targeted by the BJP”!
#EDraids
The reason why I remain sceptical of most of these instant 'Gen Z movements' is that they often emerge in the heat of the moment as spaces for people to collectively and rightfully vent their very real frustration, disappointment and anger at the establishment. And there's nothing wrong with that. The larger question is whether these movements can evolve beyond viral, online movements and turn it into something more sustained, organised and politically transformative for the youth in the long run. Otherwise it feels just like another online signature campaign trend.
The stealing of traditionally communist slogans by Congress Kerala activists to greet V.D. Satheeshan represents a political culture inherent to Congress: the politics of theft.
If 2 cars are enough today, then an obvious question follows: why did the convoy need 12–15 vehicles for the last 12 years?
Either the old setup was excessive, or the new one is more about optics than security protocol. You can’t have it both ways.
But then, expecting sections of the media to scrutinize a PR narrative instead of enthusiastically amplifying it may be asking too much.
Mr @netanyahu, you are popular only among the illiterate and mentally sick people in India, who don’t have a moral compass but only Muslim hate in their hearts and minds.
The rest of us recognise the WAR CRIMINAL that you are, living embodiment of EVIL.
Nirbhaya was sent to Singapore for treatment, her rapists were hanged
Manisha Valmiki’s body was burned using old tyres and scrap, in front of her parents.
Not a single person convicted for her rape & murder
That’s how much India had changed in just 8 years
TVK party leader must be allowed to assume office without delay!
@tncpim urges the Governor of Tamil Nadu!
In the recently concluded Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly election, the people of Tamil Nadu did not deliver a verdict that gave any single party or alliance an absolute majority to form the government.
In this situation, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), with 108 MLAs, has emerged as the single largest party. Accordingly, only the TVK leader, Mr. C. Joseph Vijay, has staked claim to form the government.
The BJP has been following an approach of acting against the Constitution through Governors and using them to fulfill its political objectives. As a continuation of this, the Governor of Tamil Nadu has been delaying and refusing to invite him to assume office. This is unacceptable.
Therefore, since no one else has staked claim to form the government, the Communist Party of India (Marxist) strongly urges the Governor of Tamil Nadu to immediately invite the leader of the victorious single largest party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam leader Mr. C. Joseph Vijay, to assume office.

The Communist Party of India strongly criticises the dubious role being played by the Governor of Tamil Nadu in the government formation process. It is clear that the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam has emerged as the single largest party in the Assembly. In a parliamentary democracy, the question of majority must be tested on the floor of the House and not in the halls of Raj Bhavan.
The Governor must discharge his constitutional obligation by immediately inviting the leader of the single largest party to form the government and prove the majority in the Assembly. Any delay, hesitation or selective interpretation of constitutional norms will only reinforce apprehensions of political interference.
The BJP should not be allowed to spread its tentacles in Tamil Nadu through the misuse of the office of the Governor. Constitutional authorities must remain impartial and respect the democratic mandate of the people of Tamil Nadu.
Tamil Nadu
Governors are agents of BJP
They maul the constitution to serve BJP’s interests
Call Vijay (leader of single largest
party)
Swear him in as CM
Let him prove his majority on the floor of the House
No post poll alliance in majority
Sarkaria Commission
Settled law
But who listens !
BJP cannot be 'normalized' in Kerala. For decades, forces, including the media, have attempted to legitimize them, aiming acceptance for one of the most vicious politics on the planet. Three seats is not normal. It's unacceptable. And eroding that remains our priority.
I understand her grief but I detest what she is doing with it. If its so easy to become the system, why didnt the father of unnao victim become an MLA ? The truth is if her daughter was k1lled during BJP rule their entire family would have perished probably
If your religion is teaching you that all human beings are not human beings, there’s something horribly wrong with the religion you practice, or at least your interpretation of it.
“Muslims voted for TMC in Nandigram. They are kattarwadi. I will work for the Hindus of Nandigram.”
Brazen communal segregation by an elected leader, that too one who might become the CM. But this is exactly what the party is.
I am not surprised by #Kerala and #WestBengal results. In Kerala, which traditionally votes out the incumbent, the Left had been in power for 10 years. The anti-incumbency factor had kicked in. Vijayan's decision to continue to lead the LDF for the third consecutive election did not make their case stronger. The Congress camp was chaotic, but VD Satheesan, the opposition leader, is a good communicator and he tapped into the sentiment. In Bengal, the anti-TMC sentiment has been very palpable. I was recently in Kolkata, and almost everyone I talked to--across the social strata--complained about the decline of Bengal, corruption, lack of employment opportunities, etc. That was a very small sample size in a metropolis, but still the anger in the street was so visible for a visitor.
But in Tamil Nadu, almost everyone underestimated the groundswell of anger towards the ruling party and the support Vijay had drawn. Even the most cynical observers, including those in government, told me Vijay's best show would be 15-20% votes and a handful of seats. I am not a psephologist, but I was really stunned by the crowds Vijay was drawing. The TVK's performance is phenomenal. Greater than AAP's. Tamil Nadu is one of the richest and most industrialised states in the country, with a population of 85 million. Vijay, who entered active politics just a few years ago, has changed the political landscape of the state forever. They thought they could block his movie, Jana Nayagan (People's Leader) to stop him from building momentum during the election months or weaken his spirit through repeated questioning by central agencies. Looks like Vijay turned everything into fuel for his populist, anti-establishment upsurge. Whether it's good or bad for the state, I don't know.
