@IncomeTaxIndia my request for refund under for 26qc is pending with assessing officer for over 2 months.
There has been no response to my multiple emails as well.

The customer care simply say you email the officer and that there is no defined tat for any response. Pl help!

I had sent many direct messages to @BajajAllianz because I try not to put things in the public domain. But we have been constantly harassed; through sms-es, whatsapp messages, emails and particularly through bot driven calls. I asked, as politely as I could, if this bombardment could stop. I was promised it would but it hasn't . So, @BajajAllianz we have told our insurance agent, an old family connection, that we will use any health insurance except #BajajAllianz. I wish I didn't have to put it in the public domain but many DMs have failed to get them to understand. I wish you well but I will never have anything to do with you again.
