@makemytripcare@makemytrip@makemytripcare What time frame? There's no time frame mentioned on ANY tweet.
Rather I have been asking for a resolution for 2+ MONTHS. I am still sending emails every week, only to get a standardised, automated response.
Can you give me a time frame for my case??
@makemytrip Pathetic service & zero accountability.
Medical emergency shared in advance. MMT agent forgot to cancel ticket→ no-show→ no refund.
Escalation team admitted mistake, then CLOSED case with a missd call.
Full email available. Filing complaint with consumer forum nxt
@makemytripcare@makemytrip Shocking part is @makemytrip@makemytripcare agreed that a MMT executive seemingly FORGOT to cancel the ticket even after submitting a 'Not Fit To Fly' certificate, which led to a no show at the airport
Would ask everyone reading this post to think twice before booking with MMT
@makemytripcare@makemytrip For everyone's who messaged me asking me what happened:
On 28 Feb, I asked @makemytrip to cancel my sister's ticket due to a medical emergency. Submitted a hospital discharge note too. Its been more than 2 months since I have been following up for a refund with @makemytripcare
@makemytripcare Hi @makemytripcare@makemytrip team, you have been giving me the same automated messages since the past week. Kindly confirm the address where the legal notice will be sent.
I waited for 2 months for a Rs.65,000 refund, after MMT confirmed the negligence by your representative
@makemytripcare Hi @makemytripcare@makemytrip this case has been filed with the National Consumer Portal.I will also be sending a legal notice, please confirm the address MakeMyTrip India Pvt. Ltd.,
DLF Building No. 5 Tower B
DLF Cyber City, DLF Phase 2
Sector 25, Gurugram, Haryana 122002,
India
@makemytripcare 48 hours have passed & I am yet to receive any communication or a resolution. 1.5 months to process a refund should not be this difficult. @makemytripcare@makemytrip can you tell me what the issue is exactly? treat this as a final reminder before I escalate this issue legally
@makemytripcare 11th April Update: 1.5 months since raising the issue in February 2026, 3 weeks since formally escalating the mismanagement & 5 days since @makemytripcare told me they will reach out in 48 hours, I am still following up on a refund of Rs. 65,000+ due to @makemytrip's negligence
@makemytripcare@makemytripcare - Ishika, I have private messaged all the details. Please help me with a resolution at the earliest. It's a shame that I have to resort to public shaming and that's the only way I get a response from your team.
@makemytrip@makemytripcare Your support system traps customers in automated loops with no access to real help.
This is misleading and unacceptable for a consumer-facing platform.
@jagograhakjago@NCH1915 please take note. STILL awaiting resolution, even after sharing all info.
