@BoatNirvana I'm not facing that problem anymore, my airdopes are working fine now. Can you close my ticket ( ticket number - 1405014) because I don't know how to do that.
@BoatNirvana I purchased boat airdopes 281 on 18th July through Amazon, they were working fine until 3 days ago when the volume of the earphones reduced substantially while using media (Spotify or YouTube) but the volume is good during phone calls. (1/2)
@BoatNirvana I somehow managed to factory reset and now they're not getting out of mono mode. Only one of them can be connected at a time and the volume is still low. Please help me as soon as possible.
@BoatNirvana I tried factory resetting it as well but that was not happening either. Please help as the Amazon return window is also closed now, otherwise I would've replaced them with the same product as I was pretty satisfied by them. (2/2)
