I purchased a Yatra gift card worth ₹1500 from CRED. However, within just 12 hrs of my purchase, the TnC of the gift card were changed. This practice feels highly unethical as the product should be governed by the TnC valid at the time of purchase.

⚠️ Interested in Yatra GV ? AVOID ❌

I thought you check GV T&Cs once & you're good. But nope @YatraOfficial @Yatra_Care expects us to check every denomination separately & each time, like really ?

₹1000 GV → Hotels + Flights earlier, now only Flights

₹1500 GV → Only Round Trip Flights

Earlier the validity was fixed at 45 days, now it completely depends on the denomination.

If these behave like promo codes with random restrictions, why are they listed under Gift Cards @CRED_club ?

No matter how careful you are, this feels like pure manipulation & a trap for users.

@Yatra_Care Attaching the T&Cs here – kindly point out where exactly it is mentioned that voucher is valid only on roundtrip flights. If you cannot show it, then clearly the T&Cs were modified later without customer consent, which is unfair trade practice.

then everyone reading this post is requested to drop a 1⭐ review on Play Store.

Only then such platforms will realize that cheating customers & changing T&Cs silently has consequences.
