@officialepfo I had filed a claim with tracking id 10165738696406001 on 13th June 2026. Now, it's almost been a month and the Claim Status (old) still shows Under Process. Can you please get this resolved at the earliest. I had also emailed highest escalation authority.

@UC_Assist I'm still waiting for a resolution. I want the cancellation fee charged on my account to be reversed. This is a terrible experience considering the cancellation was not from my side and the call center assistant was impatient and wanted to cancel.
@urbancompany_UC what an absolute disaster of an app. I booked an intense bathroom cleaning service, your app couldn't pick the correct location and sent the partner to the wrong location. Now, when I shared the correct location with the partner over the app chat, they cancelled.

@urbancompany_UC (contd) the booking and have charged a Rs 200 cancellation fee. Now I'm deleting this app, they've got unprofessional, under-trained partners, especially in Tier-2 cities.
Very poor experience with Goibibo & SpiceJet. My Varanasi Pune flight was cancelled,yet my refund keeps getting delayed with new timelines every time I follow up.Unacceptable.Customer shouldnโt suffer for airline issues.Please process my refund immediately.

@JioCare Jio's disappointing service hits again. There's been no internet connectivity for the last 12 hrs hampering the user's ability to complete professional commitments but Jio couldn't care less. Eng assigned, doesn't arrive and there's no update.
