For the last year and a half I was building alone - no cofounder, no team, no community, just me and whatever problem I was chasing that week.

Before that I'd built Fitmint, raised funds, built a team, scaled it to hundreds of thousands of users and millions in revenue, and watched it not work out anyway.

Building solo after that taught me how lonely and difficult this path actually is.

That's why I started Builders' Den two months ago, and luckily my friend and a crackked builder @rahul_singh07 joined along the way.

16 founders, one shared goal: take an idea to $1,000 MRR in 90 days. No course, no hackathon - just solo founders and indie-hackers holding each other accountable in a closed slack community, week after week, in public.

We're on Day 64 of 90 now, deep in the GTM phase. Every builder is out testing channels; organic UGC, paid ads, cold outreach, Reddit - whatever it takes to land their first real customers.

The rule has always been ship or die. Miss your weekly update, go quiet, stop showing up - you're out. Three builders are already dead. The other 13 are still in it, shipping, selling, grinding toward revenue.

@iannuttall you built a tool to manage your tools, which says the menu bar itself is the real product. and it's a brutal one to monetize. everyone needs it, nobody pays :P

@Taniyatweets_ you don't replace either. you replace whoever's wrong for the stage. pre pmf that's the engineer who ships, post pmf the pm who finds the next problem. most teams have the wrong one and don't know it.
