@Airtel_Presence This was actually a issue which my cousin faced which I was helping with since he went abroad .I asked them to try a different plan or change network provider. Take what people from airtel office says with a grain of salt.lastly,I thank @Airtel_Presence for quick clarification.

@Airtel_Presence The airtel office in villupuram,Tamil Nadu doesn't seem to care about the issue that I am facing. It's been a month since I complained about the issue by directly visiting the office.they keep saying the issue will be resolved in two days each time

@Airtel_Presence Conclusion: we switched parent number as in a postpaid family plan as the person with parent account was leaving abroad and we were told that we would get additional 1 year netflix access since it's a new number.
