Myanmar has experienced 67 aftershocks since the powerful 7.7-magnitude earthquake on March 28, ranging from 2.8 to 7.5 on the Richter scale. They were concentrated mostly in central Myanmar.

The military junta has conducted 11 air and artillery strikes across the country following the #EarthquakeinMyanmar on March 28 which killed over 1700 and many remain trapped under rubble according to @DVB_English.
This inhumane act should be condemned and must be ended now.
A 16-day old child was rescued alive after being under the rubble for over 14 hours while the child's entire family of 8 were killed by the collapse of the building in Mandalay city of Myanmar on 28 March 2024.
