Your Citywide Community Response Team continues to address community complaints on Roosevelt Avenue. At Junction Playground, two individuals are cited for smoking marijuana in a playground full of children. Smoking marijuana is legal, but not in our city parks. We’ll continue to make safe spaces truly safe for our children.
