@JetBlue why board from back to front and let customers put their bags everywhere? Then when the customers that pay $110 for an extra room seat in front board there’s no room for their carry on. Why not let the customers who pay extra board first or board front to back ?
@JetBlue Mosaic member & shareholder here—this was unacceptable. CUN Gate 54 (CUN→FLL), agent Miguel forced us to check bags but let others onboard with theirs. Dismissive response when questioned. Please review & advise on resolution.
