@TataMotors@tatamotors_cars
I need an explanation from Tata Motors regarding a very serious issue with a vehicle sold to me by your authorised dealer, Frontier Tata Motors.
I purchased the vehicle believing it was a fresh vehicle.
@TataMotors@tatamotors_cars
I have already spent considerable time chasing the dealer, Tata representatives and area managers.
I am now asking Tata Motors to take ownership, check the complete complaint history and explain how a vehicle sold to me as FRESH is showing as a TD
@TataMotors@tatamotors_cars
This is also not my first attempt to get this resolved.
I have raised multiple complaints with Tata, contacted the concerned area managers and followed up repeatedly. Yet nobody has taken ownership or even properly responded.
You can verify
I am sharing the screenshots and documents publicly because I still don’t have a satisfactory explanation.
I am asking for transparency, not a favour.
A customer buying a fresh vehicle should know the actual status and history of that vehicle.
@TataMotors@tatamotors_cars Please investigate this properly and confirm in writing:
Was this vehicle ever registered/classified as a Test Drive/Demo vehicle?
If yes, when, by whom, and why was I not informed before purchasing it as a fresh vehicle?
I immediately asked the dealer: How can this be possible when I have the purchase bill showing I bought a fresh vehicle?
Their response?
“Sales wale hi bata sakte hain.”
So who is responsible for explaining how my vehicle became a Test Drive vehicle?
The dealer shared this screenshot from their system. It clearly says: “This EW order cannot be posted to SAP as it is requested for a Test Drive vehicle.”
This is not my assumption. This is what their system says about my vehicle. @TataMotors
I bought this vehicle believing it was a fresh vehicle. When I asked the dealer to renew the warranty, they told me it cannot be processed because their system shows the vehicle as a TEST DRIVE vehicle. @TataCompanies@TataMotors
When @StarHealthIns realized they were at fault, Star Health begged me not to proceed legally, requesting an out-of-court settlement — “our brand image will suffer,” they said.
Out of humanity, I agreed.
I took no favours.
I just trusted their word. (2/n)
Dear @StarHealthIns ??? It clearly shows you are not interested. If it would have been about seeking information on new policy then I wud have received 100 calls already. @RVCJ_FB
Dear @StarHealthIns,
You promised a fair settlement but failed to honor your word. Post-award, you removed my wife from the policy and stopped responding. I trusted you over court action — was that a mistake?
Requesting urgent action.

@StarHealthIns@irdaindia@FinMinIndia You buy insurance so that you can focus on treatment when your loved ones fall sick.
But with @StarHealthIndia, you’re stuck in paperwork, rejections & humiliation.
Even hospitals say:
“We don’t accept Star Health anymore.”
