It appears that Paytm made me do payment to incorrect card. Why did paytm highlight to me that card payment pertaining to me is pending and when I paid the amount it was done to incorrect card.@Paytmcare @RBI

@Paytmcare it’s been about 15 days since the issue occurred and more than 7 working days since you initiated the refund for my issue please check dm and kindly provide me with the UTR number so I can trace my money. You guys have made it worst experience for me.

I feel like cheated on paytm, I did my IDFC credit card payment on Paytm, the money was deducted from my bank but not credited to cc company and also not credited back into my source account n there is no direct helpline or mail id to connect with executive. @Paytm @Paytmcare
