Extremely disappointed with my decision to buy Kerovit toilet fittings.
The quality has been nowhere close to what 1 expects from a premium brand, & the experience has been frustrating. @KerovitIndia , this is not the quality customers deserve. address this issue seriously.

PVVNL has still been unable to locate the fault, leaving more than 4,000 households without electricity in this unbearable heat and humidity. Adding to the distress concerned (JE) and (SDO) are not paying any heed.

How many complaints are enough before action is taken?

Multiple residents of Landcraft Golflinks, Ghaziabad are publicly reporting prolonged power outages. Posts mention 10–19 hours without regular electricity, with claims that 1600–3000 families have been affected.

Consumer Connection No 9691986000 has also been repeatedly referenced by residents in their public complaints.

Reliable electricity is an essential public service. Residents deserve a transparent explanation, immediate restoration, and a permanent solution.
