@lyft : do you not do any background checks for drivers. First they reject short distances rides and then even after anyone does accept, they leave 1 minute before the ride starts.
The drivers have made the mockery of ride share coming up with duping tactics

@SaksOFF5TH : Can't believe a a company that sells sells premium and luxury clothes can't over operate a website. I think you should fire you product and engineering teams as almost all your contact and tracking workflows are broken.
and that's your production site...how is this even tolerable at this time. Have you no clue that this is even an issue that's customers have been facing all this time.
I placed an order a week ago, the only communication i had received a day later was about my order being shipped, Clicking on tracking details doesn't show anything, and takes me to the back to same page. Contact us page ->clicking delivery issues-> no action.
@bookingcom : I think you think about creating a new or expanding the existing Genuis loyaty program to make it more appealing to the customers and in line with current peers in the industry like expedia that allows customers to redeem points on a variety of areas.
2/2 : Genius Level 3 should not be the end of it, rather make this more compelling just the the airline and other major hotel loyalty programs to give them the incentive to book regularly with them. Free breakfast sometimes and 15% discount won't cut it.

I have submitted various feedback forms and have submitted documents but never received any follow ups.

2/ My flight was overbooked and I never received my compensation for 600 euros
2/ This type is service really leaves a bad taste in the mouth of the customer, i may never take turkish airlines for any of my flights. They claim to have won many awards, but don't seem worthy.
