I used to look outside of myself for answers constantly.
What does this mean?
What should I do?
Is this the right decision?
Can someone just tell me YES or NO?
Eventually I realized something:
I was asking everyone else to hear a voice that was already inside of me.
no one tells you how much sleep/rest you need when you’re quantum leaping. there's so much energetic integration happening even when it looks like you're doing nothing. the rest of the world may not get it. they'll label it as lazy. tune them out and listen to your body. when you're on the other side of it, you'll fully understand why.
People love to talk about me.
I used to wonder why.
Now I use it to my advantage.
If you’re going to give me your attention, your opinions, your projections, your energy…
I’ll alchemize it.
I learned that I don’t have to absorb everything sent my way. I can take what was meant to distract me and turn it into fuel. I can turn judgment into visibility. Doubt into motivation. Resistance into expansion.
You don’t always have to fight the energy comingt toward you
The goal isn’t to become so “protected” that you’re afraid of everyone. The goal is to feel secure enough in yourself that everything around you doesn’t control your state.
Some of these celebrities would swap lives with you so fucking fast they'd leave their Gucci slippers behind. And there you are, sitting in your Primark dressing gown wishing you had their life. You absolute donut.
You see the mansions, private jets, expensive cars and think they've completed life. You've got no fucking clue what goes on behind closed doors, what some of them sacrificed to get there, or what their families have had to put up with.
Some would happily hand over every last penny just to be a nobody again. But there's one tiny fucking problem. They can't go back. Once you've crossed certain lines, you can't just ring customer services and ask for a refund on your soul.
And you think that smiling face on television means they're living the dream? Fucking hell, even a toothpaste advert has happier people in it. There's shit behind those curtains you wouldn't believe if it came with subtitles.
Meanwhile, you're sat at home eating beans on toast, free to go wherever you want, answer to nobody and sleep at night without wondering what the fuck you've got yourself into.
And you're jealous of them?
You lucky bastard. You don't even know it.
Some of you are so protected it doesn’t matter the amount of evil eye, sex rituals, chanting, sacrifices, offerings, energy weapons, poison, that anybody does - it’s immediately alchemized and returned to sender.
people will use the worst moment of your life to discredit every good thing you’ve ever shown them. apparently your kindness is fake but your anger is the real you.
Why the fuck do people defend their bad habits like their lives depend on them? Seriously, I've never understood this shit. When I was younger, I had bad habits myself, but deep down, I always knew when I was doing something wrong. I could feel it in my spirit. I wasn't sitting there trying to convince myself it was good for me.
So how the fuck are you going to sit there making excuses for something you know damn well you shouldn't be doing? And some of you will go to ridiculous lengths to justify it. Fucking hell, the mental gymnastics deserve an Olympic medal.
I genuinely don't get it. Sometimes I wonder if some people have got a conscience at all, because surely there's something inside you telling you when you're taking the piss.
You can bullshit everyone around you, fam, but how the fuck do you bullshit yourself?
Body wisdom.
Spiritual gifts.
Self-trust.
Boundaries.
Fear.
Energy.
And the things we’re usually afraid to talk about.
If that sounds like your world, stay awhile. 🖤
