I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with my IDFC FIRST Bank account.
I received my salary on 6th December 2024, and shortly thereafter, an amount of ₹3,999 was put on hold from my account. I am not entirely sure of the reason behind this hold. @RBI

From last 2 months i am facing issue in my @BankofIndia_IN account they debited amount 295, 295 and again 118 ,453 amount from my account respectively in the name of atm charges
And when asked to customer care for reason they are asking me to go branch.

When asked to idfc first bank for reason behind hold they informed 
MHA lien of your account ending with XXXXXXX6448 in response to a request from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) with complaint number 31110240156165 and from Gujarat total of Rs. 3,999.
