Deoghar Airport started in 2023, yet basic services are still missing.

Despite higher fares from Deoghar, @IndiGo6E doesn’t provide even bus transfer from boarding gate to aircraftwhile the same is standard at other airports.

In this summer heat, senior citizens & kids are forced to walk long distances on the tarmac, reaching flights exhausted before the journey even begins.

Why this service gap? Why different standards for Deoghar passengers?

This is about basic comfort, dignity & passenger welfare
