@v0xium This is good in the long run. Companies going all in like this will iron out all the issues and generate a lot of real production data.

For engineers is it really all that different. The priority has always been the product & not engineering aesthetics.

@slavoartist Yup and AIs aren't copying ideas; they're copying real work. No different from if a human does it.

The only case to be made is if AI is being trained on copyrighted material.

@slavoartist Actually the first one is also stealing which is sort of what trademark and plagiarism law is based upon.

If you "take an idea and do it yourself" you can be sued for infringement depending on licensing.

@RShivshankar This is the price to pay for thinking that India could indefinitely delay & defer regional stability & hedge against China with the U.S.

Should have settled all boundary issues with Pak & China 30 years ago when everyone was on an equal footing but India bet on itself & lost.
