Edreams and Opodo have an absolutely appalling service. Not communicated at all during this outbreak,leaving an elderly passenger who booked with them,stranded in UK,and have now just sent an email asking me to contact numbers which are invalid! @opodo @eDreams #opodo #edreams

Struggled to book the flight ...just keep refreshing the page it will finally navigate you through. And if the server blocks your IP address, use a free vpn and try again. Other ppl used a different browser to overcome this. Hope that helps
