If this so called tyre bus metro gets implanted in Nashik it will be burden on itself to accomodate the population and daily ridership.

The Mumbai–Pune–Nashik Growth Triangle: India’s Global Business Region

Sharing below a compelling case for developing the Mumbai- Nashik- Pune region  as one single block  

The idea should be:
“Three complementary cities functioning as one economic engine.”
Mumbai → India’s Financial Capital and Global Gateway
Pune → India’s Knowledge, Automotive and Technology Capital
Nashik → India’s Green Manufacturing, AI Infrastructure, GCC, Data Centre and Future Expansion Zone
Instead of competing with each other, they should reinforce each other.

Why this region deserves national priority

The three cities are only about:
Mumbai–Pune: ~150 km
Pune–Nashik: ~210 km
Mumbai–Nashik: ~170 km
Within a radius of a few hundred kilometres lies:

Very few places globally possess this combination.

2. Maharashtra can create India’s answer to the Pearl River Delta
The success of the Pearl River Delta did not come from one city.
It came from specialization:
Hong Kong handled finance.

Phase 3 (10–20 years): Integrate globally
Develop:
One investment brand
Western India Economic Triangle (WIET)

Market it internationally as a single destination.
An investor should be able to locate:

R&D in Pune,
manufacturing and AI infrastructure in Nashik,
while operating seamlessly across the region.
