@Forbes Why isnt Forbes reporting the most basic and essential fact of all - what exactly were the “falsehoods” and “bias” that Scott Pelley was instructed to insert into his stories?
@micyoung75 Explain how you know Scott Pelley said “true things.” He claims that he was instructed to “insert” “falsehoods” and “bias” but won’t reveal what those falsehoods and bias consisted of. Until you know that you have no idea if he said true things or not.
@cenkuygur@nytimes@grahamformaine This post is part of an organized damage control operation from the party that claimed, until now, to support women and believe victims of sexual assault. Everyone should go read what @lindseyfifield posted this morning.
He will. There will be no one time rescue from the state next year. It may take some time, but the promises of many “free” things that aren’t actually free and the defunding of pension plans will not end well. And it may become apparent just in time to be a poster child for the 2028 federal elections.
Pelley claims that he was instructed to “insert” “falsehoods” and “bias” into his reporting. The entirety of the media ecosystem is up in arms about it and not one of them has reported exactly what those “falsehoods” were and what that “bias” consisted of. The longer that goes on the more it indicates that they weren’t falsehoods and the bias was coming from Pelley rather than CBS management. Go do your job media stop pontificating and report the facts - what were the falsehoods and bias that Scott Pelley was instructed to insert into his reporting?
@Wolfe321 When will “one of the country’s most respected journalists” explain exactly what “falsehoods” and “bias” he was instructed to “insert” into his reporting? And how do you know who abandoned their values without knowing those basic pieces of information?
They are clearly organized same talk points across all of the establishment media. Any decent reporter would be interested in asking the simple question “Mr Pelley, you claim that you were instructed to “insert” “falsehoods” and “bias” into 60 Minutes stories . . . what exactly were those “falsehoods” and what was the precise “bias” that you were instructed to “insert.” Seems like the first question anyone interested in the truth would ask, but Howard and his gang arent interested in the truth they are interested in building a narrative.
@FozonCapital@DemzDeliver If “all of this” included the false claim that he balanced the budget you need to get off social media. He has not balanced a budget he simply made a proposal that has not passed yet. If it does pass it will defund the pensions of working class New Yorkers.
@NBCNews Why isnt NBC reporting specifically what the “falsehoods” and “bias” that Pelley claims he was asked to “insert” were, so we can all assess whether they were in fact false and biased?
Can someone explain (1) what were the “falsehoods” and “bias” that Pelley was ordered to “insert” into his reporting, and (2) why this is not everyone’s first question since it would be dispositive of who was right and who was wrong. Very suspicious that Pelley won’t provide that detail.
@HardHab1t2break@allenanalysis Actually, in the US they would be invited into the country, given free healthcare, released on cashless bail, and then receive a no jail time offer from a Soros’ installed prosecutor.
@solyrex@oldmansteeb@aeroladyny@bennyjohnson They have an entire bureau in London. It is no accident this was not covered, sort of like how they didnt cover the pakistani grooming gangs that raped british girls until it was unavoidable.
