@WillNewton38457 @BBCNewsPR Sorry meant to add, that, as the Israeli government won't let journalists into Gaza, all UK news organisations have to rely on reliable eyewitnesses from inside Gaza for reports & the BBC reporting from inside Gaza on this was the same as Sky, C4, ITN etc.

For TV there is something called SER where in certain European countries some services are authorised to carry the BBC & there are payments made to everyone for this use.

@civetta @JackieDobbyne @thatkirstylang @sue_panter @BBCSounds The presenter & any audio from any football match including commentary will have been cleared for broadcast in the UK & ROI only, so if they fed this to Spain there would be additional payments. BBC did look into this but not enough people overseas wanted to pay for the service.

I appreciate radio/audio is different, but the stuff that travels does go onto sites like Audible.

None of the UK PSBs or their counterparts overseas have Netflix or Amazon style budgets to be able to acquire worldwide rights.

@RebeccaCait04 @KyleLabour2112 Look at the language they've used, implying that everyone on benefits needs to be 'encouraged back to work' by cutting their benefits, ie. they are lazy & expect to be kept by the state. Which is papably not true. Also no one under 22 is sick or disabled? Its awful.
