Less than 12% for sexual offenses, some of which are indecency violation (like a man exposing himself to pee) or "lewd and lascivious acts".

To adress you other "point": More than 45% are incarcerated for drug convictions (per Bureau of Prisons). Almost 5% for immigration issues. Let's compare that to your largely theortical rape & murder.

Private prison owners are slave owners, criminal judges are often slavers, & juries are their unwitting complices.

@mykola I may not meet the standards for #ActuallyAutistic. I'm not sure what they are.
To answer your question, I do scalp picking. Yeah, it can grow to be very mildly harmful/painful in extreme stress, but it's entirely under my control, semi-rythmic, and not the bad smell/texture/etc.
