@easyjet flight from Istanbul to Manchester severely delayed. Diverted to Cologne, and still stranded with no further information. Easyjet website shows 10:45 flight but its 10:38 and sign of movement. Not a single Easyjet staff in site. Been fed pretzel and water. What the hell!

@GriffinGav3945 The flight details are EZY2152. Ive asked the police and a member of the airport staff here and they do not have any update whatsoever. They have responded its not their problem

Just phoned easyjet UK and they cannot provide anymore information- shocking @easyjet - left stranded in Germany surrounded by police who also have no information!!

@Eurocarparks_CS Says it all!! Dad lost appeal after providing evidence of ticket with receipt and bank statement, but machine audit report failure is now his fault! Work that out!

@CazooHelp Since receiving an update on 1 Jan 24 (which was there no update), I am still waiting to get my car booked in. This is totally absurd and unprofessional with no sight of any resolution. However, the premiums are taken out of my account in a timely manner. It does beg a question!
