Ordered food from @Swiggy @SwiggyCares a 20 minute order (as mentioned on the app) was cancelled by customer service for their own fiasco. No assistance was provided. No food. Restaurant refused to hand over the order. Worst service. This is how a regular customer is treated.

@GoibiboSupport I was booking was 1/03/2023-2/03/2024 but on the platform it booked for 28th Feb and since then I've been trying to contact the help team but haven't recieved a reply and the hotel said they can't help.

I didn’t realize until recently that having a breakdown or being triggered when someone is mad at you or when there’s conflict can be a trauma response. If your parents ever shutdown, gave you the silent treatment, or made you feel abandoned during conflict, it creates trauma.
