@JKPSCLecturers @OmarAbdullah @DullooAtal @ShaleenKabra The chronic stagnation in the +2 cadre and lack of promotional avenues hv created immense disappointment among the psc qualified lectures.We are at still in the same grade which we got at entry level while as JKAS/JKPS officers appointed by the same PSC hv got 3 promotions.
