@bt_uk She did cancel it within 14days but you are claiming that she didn’t … every time we phone up we just get different excuses and reasons why you can’t see the relevant files or access the call logs. Its a disgrace and we will be contacting the ombudsman

@bt_uk have made life for my 78 yr old mother miserable. After convincing her to switch to a new contract that was £20 a month more than the competitors they’ve now refused, through ignorance and incompetence to allow her to exercise her right to cancel within 14 days. Multiple

calls later they are claiming that she is now on the new contract and can’t be put back on her old contract and despite being assured she wouldn’t be charged for moving providers they are now claiming she will owe over £460 to move. It’s outrageous and it will not stand

@MicrosoftHelps what’s the situation when you live in 2 countries and have an Xbox in each. How do you determine your region. Also if you log onto another Xbox in a region that is different to your home region (like to play with family in a different country) is this a problem
