@LuccaLazaro@BretEastonEllis it's definitely on purpose. the american psycho one seems like a riff on the first. i found it because i finished rereading american psycho and picked up less than zero immediately afterward. it's at the end of the one book and in the beginning of the other.
@dawsferatu it is in the book, it comes in towards the end. i'm rereading it and almost done. his music criticism are little essays that constitute their own chapters and i believe this is the last one. he doesn't say anything about lewis when killing paul owen, which happens much earlier.
