Wheels of Justice move very slowly……
Who can understand that better than the investors of the Kot Residency project launched by Swaraj Singh Yadav of OSBPL in 2007-2008.

19 years down the line,the builder has failed to give physical possession of the land to the allotted buyers

It is understood that certain individuals were allegedly tasked with re-selling plots/land parcels within the “Kot Residency” and Amber Gardens projects, which, if verified, may  indicate circulation and layering of funds within the same projects.

An FIR bearing No. 326/2025 dated 23rd November 2025 has already been registered at Police Station Paniyala (for Kot Residency Project)in this regard, now transferred to Behror Police Station

In spite of regular visits to Paniyala and later Behror Police Station, nothing concrete has come up.
We have cooperated with the officials in every possible manner but do not get responses to our calls or mails.
