@abcapital This issue is still not resolved, it's been more than 2 months, litterly very bad services by aditya birla group. Without reason & medical deducting amount and not flowing free lookup cancellation policy. Please refund remaining amount or give breakup of Deduction.

@AdityaBirlaGrp @abcapital Very bad services. Provided health insurance without Medical but on cancellation refunding after deduction of medical charges. No service on time. Resolution Timeline over the month.part pay not update on time and EMI debit not on time.

@abcapital I had requested cancellation from Day 1, and Aditya Birla CS Team clearly confirmed that once the policy was cancelled, I would receive a full refund without any deduction. However, has deducted. Very bad experience with Aditya Birla group services.

I added money to my RailOne wallet specifically to book a Tatkal ticket, but booking failed & ticket was not confirmed. Now my money is stuck in wallet, which is of no use.

@abhousingfin Your banker misled me into processing loan by promising 8.50% ROI. However, the sanction letter shows 9.50% ROI and ₹96k insurance without informing me. This is false commitment and mis-selling. Pls cancel my application and urgently refund my ₹590. Application - 3000322117.
