I did grow up in KY. You should visit - it is stunning. Just don't prepay to stay at a @HolidayInn

@customery @HolidayInn I made the mistake of trusting @HolidayInn when they told me they would provide a refund, and so I waited to dispute the charge. It is outside of the window when Chase will let me dispute it :(

@HolidayInn @HolidayInn, is this how you treat your customers? You gave my credit card information to a third party. They went bankrupt. You then allowed someone to assume the franchise while not honoring prepaid reservations. You said sorry, but that doesn’t give me my $1972 back.

@HolidayInn Never prepay at @HolidayInn - they pass your billing information to their franchised hotels. If the franchisee goes bankrupt, you lose your money - and neither corporate nor the local hotel will help. So much for a nice trip to @Disneyland; I'm out $1,972.94 :(
