@GabrielIdowu_ @BenjawiBen @edwardlucas No it is not. "Should" stop if waiting to cross. "Must" stop if already crossing or has stepped onto the crossing (even if it's only with one foot. Check your Highway code again. I say this as a driver who slows down for anyone waiting to cross.

@Dannyzem3 @ediz1975 The driver is not automatically at fault! The driver should slow and check if the pedestrian wants to cross. the pedestrian should also check if it's safe. Priority rules apply, not right of way. That's why I use a dash cam.

@Dannyzem3 @ediz1975 It is not a must rule, H2 applies if they are already crossing. Rule 170, like much of the highway code is a "should rule",you should give way to pedestrians waiting to cross, but must give way if they are crossing. Correct about it not applying at a roundabout 'here' though.

Crazy. Quest 2 updates from v85 to 2.6 today. Quest 3 stuck on 2.5, 3 updates on Q3 over the last 2 weeks but won't receive 2.6, only ever turn on Quest 2 to update it. I know this is how PTC works but it sucks sometimes.
