@CynicalPublius I remember watching this in Navy Officer Indoctrination School in Newport back in 1983 (officer training for doctors, nurses, Jag, etc).
20 years later, as a Boy Scout Leader, they showed it during one of our 2 weekends of WoodBadge training.

Grain alcohol, bug juice, 5 lb bag of sugar.

The Hilton donated approximately 2,600 unserved dinners from the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.
