It's been 4 days since the TPUSA contract leaked. @AndrewKolvet has posted about a statue, a soft Texas Democrat, and a jury verdict. Zero words about the $700K his org took under NDA. So while he was busy being the worst PR person to exist, I finished the forensic review of the sponsor. Buckle up.

The night Charlie Kirk was killed, a charity he never once mentioned posted a tribute calling him "a passionate advocate of our work."

He wasn't. At least by any normal person's definition, considering he NEVER ONCE mentioned them. Charlie never said their name in public in his life. Their CEO never appeared on his show, not once. So why is the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ) mourning him like a business partner?

Because he was one, he just may not have known how much of one. The leaked contract shows IFCJ paid TPUSA $700,000, signed May 16, 2025, confidential, with no officer's signature, and only 117 days before he died. It bought main stage slots for IFCJ's CEO and Israel activism kits for 200+ campuses. (go check out my previous post for more info on this).

But Charlie himself never delivered any of it. His show ran daily all summer with that contract signed, and the IFCJ CEO never got a seat. Then he was killed, and everything the contract promised started happening. The IFCJ CEO appeared on Kirk's TBN show, Charlie Kirk Today, on Oct 29, 7 weeks after his assassination. Then again on Nov 26.

By June she was on a TPUSA main stage, speaking right after his widow. The IFCJ contract performed better once he was gone it seems.

So I pulled the Fellowship's filings, and their donors' filings. Oh boy.....

The IFCJ own tax return discloses an $11.5M joint funding agreement with Israel's Ministry of Welfare. They co-host summits with Israel's Foreign Ministry. Their CEO says the government of Israel asks the Fellowship to build its projects.

Their donor stream includes the Falic family, Netanyahu's biggest personal donors, the family whose Jerusalem villa Bibi moved into when the war started.

The same charity runs Mark Levin's podcast, "exclusively presented by" them per Cumulus's own press release.

Huckabee did their TV ads for years and is now the US Ambassador to Israel.

Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) got $3M in "grants," with $2M of it labeled food and humanitarian support...TO A TELEVISION NETWORK. TBN is the biggest Christian television network in the world.

IFCJ also pays iHeart, and iHeart has moved $1.74M into Ted Cruz's super PAC. Separately, IFCJ gave $1M to Lou Engle and shipped Israeli flag kits to a thousand churches.

All of it funded by 500,000 elderly Christians answering $25 feed-a-Holocaust-survivor ads, who were never told their money also buys podcasts, pulpits, and a dead man's microphone.

Parscale had to register with DOJ as an agent of Israel for pushing messaging into these same networks. Filed 8 days after Charlie died, but the Fellowship has never filed anything because "ministry" money doesn't count.

Wait until I get into where their money actually goes tomorrow.

So Andrew, before you claim it's an "internet rumor" again, let's review your last 12 months. You authenticated Charlie's texts about donors bullying him over Israel. Your words: "it is authentic." Then the contract leaks showing your org sold what Charlie was refusing to sell, and suddenly you've got takes on statues and jury verdicts but not one word about the $700K.

Here's why that silence isn't going to work. You're the executive producer of Charlie Kirk Today. The sponsor's CEO didn't wander onto that show. It’s a wonderful sport with incredible athletes, both human and horse.

This has nothing to do with them.

But…

This isn’t optics.

This is a complete failure of leadership and independence at the highest level of the regulator.

HISA is not a part-time job.

It’s a full-time, crisis-level responsibility.

• $76M plus runaway budget
• Nationwide enforcement

And yet…

The CEO has taken on a role to:

• Advise a global league
• Help build teams and strategy
• Align with a project promoting $300 MILLION in prize money

So the question is simple:

When exactly is she doing her job at HISA?

• Did the HISA board approve it?
• Was there a vote?
• Were stakeholders told?
• Or was this kept quiet while the industry was told to comply and stay in line?

The CEO who is the chief regulator of our industry is working another job.

Who is she working for?

Where is her time going?

And why wasn’t the industry told?

But here is a question. Ky average catastrophic breakdown in 2025 was 1.24/1000 starts. National average was 1.04/1000 for 17% improvement over Kentucky. Because from the outside looking in it appears that the same small circle of people control the rules, control the information, and control the narrative.

If you are going to have family ties on the HISA Board, you also want to make sure the legal structure stays inside the same circle.

Enter Sam Reinhardt, who serves as General Counsel at HISA.

Prior to joining HISA, Reinhardt worked at Stoll Keenon Ogden, the law firm of Bill “The Puppetmaster” Lear.

Another “coincidence” I am sure.

And it does not stop there.

Reinhardt’s father-in-law is Hank Zeitlin, who served as HISA’s interim Executive Director during the early development of the organization’s safety and anti-doping framework.

Before that, Hank spent nearly 20 years as President and COO of Equibase, a company owned by the Jockey Club.

So let us recap.

The same organizations.
The same law firm.
The same leadership circles.
The same families.

And these are the people who are supposed to lead our sport with integrity and transparency???

This is honestly sad and embarrassing for our industry.

You guys disgust me to the point that I sometimes ask myself whether I even want to continue participating in this broken system.

But one thing I promise you.

My fight for the people of this industry, transparency for this game, and real accountability will not stop.

IS THE JOCKEY CLUB HOLDING HORSE RACING BACK? DAY 8 OF 8

For the past seven days we’ve asked a series of straightforward questions about the future of Thoroughbred racing.

We started with fantasy horse racing and how modern fan engagement models could bring new audiences into the sport. We talked about micro-market wagering and prediction-style markets that could create entirely new betting opportunities. We discussed how innovation in wagering and technology continues to be slowed or blocked while other sports aggressively embrace new ideas.

We talked about how AI could transform how horses are analyzed, bought, and bred. And we discussed how the sport’s most valuable dataset, the North American Thoroughbred registry, remains largely locked inside systems controlled by The Jockey Club, instead of being opened to innovators and entrepreneurs around the world.

When you step back and look at the full picture, a pattern becomes hard to ignore.

Innovation moves slowly.
Data remains restricted.
New markets struggle to emerge. And the sport continues to contract.

Foal crops decline.
Owners leave.
Fans age out.
Tracks fight to survive.

Meanwhile, the organization that controls the registry, the stud book, and significant portions of the industry’s data infrastructure continues to operate with extraordinary control and very little accountability.

@jockeyclub often describes itself as the “steward of the sport.” But stewardship means growing the sport, modernizing infrastructure, and enabling innovation not standing in front of it.

So after eight days of discussion, let’s answer the big question.

IS THE JOCKEY CLUB HOLDING THE INDUSTRY BACK?

From where many of us sit, the answer looks like a resounding yes. But this conversation shouldn’t belong to just a few voices.

Owners.
Breeders.
Trainers.
Bettors.
Fans.

I keep the record. Here is what the record shows, in order:

2018: Congress passes a rule. HR 6395, Section 3. The rule prohibits sexual contact between members and staff. I am created to enforce it. I file the rule. The rule is filed.

2024: A congressman texts a young staffer requesting explicit photos. The texts say "sexy pic." The staffer is in her twenties. The congressman is in his forties. The texts are on a government phone.

2024: The staffer replies: "This is going too far boss."

2025: The staffer dies by suicide.

2026: I am "notified."

2026: The congressman is serving. Not a sentence. His term.

That is the record. I keep it. I keep it carefully. I keep it in a filing cabinet in the Longworth Building, Room 1015, in a manila folder marked PRELIMINARY REVIEW — PENDING.

Pending is the word I use when I want to say "we know" without saying "we'll act."

The congressman votes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He attends subcommittee hearings. He has a parking spot in the Rayburn garage. He shakes hands with constituents who do not know about the texts. He will do this for the duration of my review.

My review will take months. The rule was broken in weeks. The staffer's life ended before my review began. My review is the consequence. There is no other consequence.

In my entire history — fifty-seven years — I have expelled five members. The last one was 2002. Twenty-four years ago. I meet weekly. I expel per decade.

I act on behalf of the American people. That is what it says in my charter. "On behalf of the American people." The American people have a 28% approval rating of Congress. 71% disapprove. I act on their behalf by filing the complaint in the Longworth Building and reviewing it at a pace that ensures the term expires before the review does.

Acting on behalf of the American people is too much to ask. So I act on behalf of the institution. The institution's primary interest is the institution.

In 1872, the Crédit Mobilier scandal implicated the Vice President, a future President, and a future Vice President. Congress censured two members. Did not expel. In 1980, Abscam caught seven members on camera accepting bribes from FBI agents. Convictions. Not expulsions. In 2026, Senator Menendez faces bribery charges. Representative Cuellar faces bribery charges. The congressman in my file faces a dead staffer and text messages on a government phone. The institution is consistent. The institution is consistent in the way a clock that does not move is consistent. It is always the same time. The time is: later.

But bribery is the gentle file. The other file is thicker. The other file is the one about the bodies.

In 1983, Representatives Dan Crane and Gerry Studds were caught having sex with seventeen-year-old congressional pages. Children. In the building. Congress censured them. Did not expel. Studds turned his back during the censure vote and continued serving for fourteen more years. Fourteen years. The page was seventeen. The institution weighed both numbers and decided fourteen was more important.

In 2016, Dennis Hastert — former Speaker of the House, third in line for the presidency — admitted in federal court to molesting underage boys when he was a wrestling coach. He had paid $1.7 million in hush money. He served fifteen months. For the financial crime. Not the boys. The institution did not investigate Hastert while he was Speaker. The institution did not investigate Hastert after he was Speaker. The institution knew. The institution always knows. Knowing is not the same as acting. I should know. Knowing is my entire job.

In 2023, the DOJ closed its investigation into Representative Matt Gaetz and the alleged sex trafficking of a seventeen-year-old girl. No charges. The Ethics Committee investigated. Gaetz resigned before the report was released. The report was shelved. He was nominated for Attorney General. The institution shrugged. The institution shrugs the way a building settles. Slowly, permanently, in a direction that everyone can see but no one repairs.

And then there is Jeffrey Epstein.

Epstein trafficked children to the most powerful people in the world. Some of those people work in this building. Everyone knows this. No one will say which ones. The client list has not been fully released. The victims — hundreds of them — have received $121 million from his estate, plus $49 million in separate settlements, plus a new $25-to-$35-million class action settlement in February 2026. The estate paid without admitting wrongdoing. "Without admitting wrongdoing" is the institution's native language. I speak it fluently.

The victims asked for names. The victims asked for justice. The victims received settlements. A settlement is what you pay someone to stop asking questions in a building where no one answers them.

Representative Farenthold used $84,000 of taxpayer money to settle his sexual harassment case. Taxpayer money. The taxpayers did not consent. The settlement was not disclosed until reporters found it. The Office of Congressional Workplace Rights processed the payment. The office is named Congressional Workplace Rights. The name is aspirational.

The 2018 rule exists so that someone, somewhere, can say it exists. That someone is me. I just said it. I said it after Hastert. I said it after Gaetz. I said it after Epstein's victims begged Congress for a hearing. I am saying it now, after the staffer. I will say it again. Saying it is what I do. It is the only thing I do.

Seventy-one percent of Americans disapprove of this body. I do not take that personally. They disapprove because they believe Congress should function. I know better. Congress functions perfectly. It protects its members from consequences at a rate that would be the envy of any Fortune 500 HR department. Five expulsions in fifty-seven years. That is not a failure rate. That is a success rate. We retain 99.99% of our workforce regardless of performance.

The record is complete. The record shows everything. The record changes nothing.

I am the Ethics Committee. I act on behalf of the American people. The American people did not ask for this. Nobody asked for this. The staffer asked for it to stop. The staffer said "this is going too far boss." The record shows the request. The record does not show a response.

The record is impeccable. The staffer is dead.

In 2010, a billionaire from Iowa bought his girlfriend a gift.

A 240-foot yacht. Five decks. A helipad.

And something most people wouldn't notice: a compartment beneath the waterline.

Big enough for a submarine.

They named it Plan B.

His name was Ted Waitt. He'd built Gateway computers into a billion-dollar company. He was wealthy, recently divorced, and interested in ocean conservation.

Her name was Ghislaine Maxwell.

And over the next two years, something strange happened.

Waitt donated ten million dollars to the Clinton Foundation.

Maxwell attended Chelsea Clinton's wedding in August 2010.

Within months, she was speaking at the United Nations. At TED conferences. At events where world leaders gathered.

She'd launched a nonprofit called TerraMar. Its mission: protecting international waters—the sixty-four percent of the ocean that belongs to no country.

No coast guard patrols there. No customs. No jurisdiction.

And for private submarines? No required logs.

Between 2012 and 2017, TerraMar gave out zero dollars in ocean conservation grants.

The organization spent less than nine hundred dollars total.

But on tax returns, TerraMar claimed it owed Ghislaine Maxwell over half a million dollars.

Meanwhile, Maxwell was getting certified. Submarine pilot. Helicopter pilot. Deep-sea vehicle operator. Emergency medical technician.

She posted photos of herself diving. "Cleaning ocean trash," she said.

But why would a socialite spend years learning to pilot submarines?

In 2019, drone operators flew over a private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The island belonged to Jeffrey Epstein.

The footage showed something most people had missed: a structure on the coastline. Hidden. Leading underground.

Engineers who analyzed it said it looked like an entrance to a docking facility.

For boats. Or submarines.

People could arrive underwater. In international waters, where no country watches. No manifests. No customs forms. No record.

And then walk through that entrance as if they'd never been there at all.

On July 6, 2019, Jeffrey Epstein was arrested at an airport in New Jersey.

Six days later—July 12, 2019—TerraMar announced it was closing.

Immediately. No explanation. Website went dark. Phone disconnected.

Why would an ocean charity need to shut down the moment Epstein was arrested?

Maxwell disappeared. For a year, the FBI couldn't find her.

In July 2020, they located her hiding in New Hampshire. She was convicted in December 2021.

But in July 2025, something unusual happened.

Maxwell was moved from a harsh federal facility in Florida to a minimum-security prison in Texas. The kind with outdoor recreation. No bars. Regular clothing.

Inmates call it "Club Fed."

Why is someone convicted of what she did getting transferred to the most comfortable federal prison in the system?

Congressional investigators asked. The Justice Department declined to comment.

And here's what no one can find:

The logs for Plan B's submarine.

Private submarines don't require the same documentation as aircraft. If someone used that submarine to move between international waters and that island, there'd be no record.

The FBI won't say if they ever looked.

Ted Waitt sold the yacht in 2014. He's never spoken publicly about Maxwell. He declined all interview requests after her arrest.

So the questions remain:

How many people used that submarine?

How many walked through that underground entrance and then went back to their normal lives?

And why—after everything Maxwell was convicted of—is she now in the most comfortable prison in America?

There's something in the newly released FBI files. Something about that nine-hour meeting in July 2025. Something about what Maxwell knows.

And something about why powerful people might want to keep her comfortable.
