Filippo Biondi is not using standard ground-penetrating radar, so repeating the “15 meter limit” talking point doesn’t apply. That’s like critiquing an MRI using the limitations of an X-ray—it sounds informed, but it’s fundamentally misplaced.
His protocol is based on satellite-based synthetic aperture radar (SAR) combined with Doppler tomography, measuring micro-seismic and vibrational responses over time, not bouncing a signal down and waiting for a reflection. That distinction matters, because it’s why depth limitations tied to conventional radar don’t translate here.
This isn’t theoretical. His methods were peer-reviewed in 2022 in Remote Sensing (published by MDPI) and validated against known structures—including internal features of the Great Pyramid, the Osiris Shaft, and even modern structures where measurable shifts were confirmed. You don’t get those correlations if the method doesn’t work.
More recently, six qualified specialists reviewed the current dataset under NDA. That’s not unusual when the underlying protocol has broader implications—especially if it can detect subsurface structures at scale. You don’t casually release something like that without protecting it first.
So the idea that this “hasn’t been verified” just isn’t accurate—it hasn’t been fully released yet.
As for the mound appearing between 1929 and 1930—yes, excavation debris exists across the plateau. But many are using that as a blanket dismissal assumes everything beneath it must be fill. It is valuable that it is hightlighted to others distracted by that - it is not a conclusion—it’s an assumption layered onto incomplete data.
And the water table argument? Again, that applies to signal attenuation in conventional methods—not necessarily to a system measuring phase and vibrational variation across time-series data. Different tool, different physics.
At a certain point, repeating outdated constraints starts to look less like skepticism and more like anchoring bias.
I offered to walk Jimmy, who I like and respect, through this before, but it turned into another round of recycled objections, but instead we get conclusions formed inside an echo chamber of half-matched concepts.
No one is saying “just believe it.”
What’s being said is: at least critique the correct system.
And for those who still don’t seem to understand what I’ve explained repeatedly here—and what is already publicly available if you take five minutes to look—I actually went ahead and made it as simple as possible.

At this point, the barrier isn’t access to information—it’s willingness to engage with it.
The data is coming. A few weeks isn’t a long wait. There are real reasons for the time needed before the official release.
And if it turns out to be wrong, (it won't) fine—we adjust. That’s how real inquiry works.
But dismissing it early using the limitations of a completely different technology isn’t grounded—it’s just premature.
Mr. Rogers Explains Biondi SAR with a Coloring Book - A Gentle Lesson for a Loud Internet
Lately, I have found myself trying to explain Dr. Filippo Biondi’s SAR Doppler Tomography work to people who are very confident they already understand it.
Often, they do not. They have searched “SAR penetration depth,” found the ordinary limitations of conventional Synthetic Aperture Radar, and concluded that the entire matter is settled.
But Biondi’s protocol is not simply conventional SAR being asked to see deeper. His 2022 peer-reviewed paper in Remote Sensing describes an approach based on analyzing micro-movements in SAR data, movements associated with background seismic activity, rather than relying on ordinary radar penetration into solid material.
In the paper’s own abstract, the authors acknowledge the normal limitation: electromagnetic waves do not readily penetrate solid bodies.
That is precisely why the method is different. It works in the “micro-movement domain,” using SAR Doppler tomography to infer internal and subsurface structures from signal behavior rather than direct reflection alone. (MDPI)
This distinction matters, because most of the online criticism I see begins by misunderstanding the claim.
NASA’s general explanation of SAR describes it as an active remote-sensing technology that sends out energy and records the reflected signal from Earth’s surface and structures.
That is the ordinary framework people find when they look it up. (NASA Earthdata) But Biondi’s work is not merely saying, “standard SAR can magically penetrate hundreds of meters.”
It is proposing and applying a different protocol, one involving Doppler tomography, micro-motion analysis, filtering, calibration, and heavy computational reconstruction.
That does not mean every claim should be accepted blindly. It means the criticism should address the actual method, not a simplified version of it. The 2022 paper was not a Facebook post, a podcast rumor, or a meme.
It was published in Remote Sensing, and the journal’s review materials are publicly available. (MDPI) The method has also, according to those close to the work, been tested against known structures and reviewed under NDA by six experts.
Those NDA reviews are not the same thing as public replication, and I would not pretend otherwise. But they are also not nothing.
In highly specialized work, especially involving sensitive subsurface imaging capabilities, not every validation step can be reduced to a single public link for impatient strangers on the internet.
And that is where my frustration begins. I know Filippo personally. I know him as a humble, generous, brilliant man who has devoted extraordinary time, computing power, and personal energy to a project that could deepen our understanding of ancient history.
He is not some cartoon villain in a lab coat. He is not a carnival barker. He is not sitting around trying to fool podcasters. He is doing difficult work in a field so specialized that very few people are qualified to evaluate it properly.
Yet the online echo chamber has treated him, at times, with a level of rudeness and entitlement that says more about the critics than about the science.
Some people seem unable to believe that something astonishing could be real, so they rush to ridicule before they have done the slow work of understanding.
Others publicly dismiss the work with the confidence of someone who has read a search-result summary and mistaken it for expertise.
That is why I made the video. Not because I think everyone must agree with Biondi.
Not because I think skepticism is bad. Real skepticism is essential.
But what we often see online is not skepticism. It is impatience wearing a lab coat. It is social performance. It is the need to be first, loudest, and most dismissive.
So I chose the gentlest format I could imagine: a tongue-in-cheek homage to the calm, patient world of classic public television. A Mr. Rogers-style lesson for adults who have forgotten how to slow down before reacting.
The coloring book is part of the same joke, but it is also serious underneath. It is a playful way of pointing at childish behavior without becoming cruel myself. It says, in effect: before you comment, before you sneer, before you call someone a fraud, maybe take a breath.
Maybe learn what is actually being claimed. Maybe understand the difference between conventional SAR and a new protocol using SAR data in a different way.
No prior knowledge required.
Just a willingness to look before reacting.
